You're quite welcome H. When I get moved to our new residence I'm thinking of reinstalling MOH. I'm tired of COD2 and would like something different seeing we won't be seeing COD3 for PC.

Can't remember how far up front tho but the interior looked pretty good, as did the exterior.
Maybe it wasn't really "realistic", but it looked very darn good, and was convincing. Anyway, if a game as old as that could afford to model a whole sub's interior just for eye candy and ambiance, then surely a serious sub simulator should have one too ?

Danlisa, you must control yourself, or get yourself a girlfriend!
An awsome job ahead of you 'flatmonkey', I wish you all the best & hope a trigger can be worked out otherwise I will have to get used to using 'shift-F2'!
Cheers.

I think it might have been a case of "wishful thinking", I woke up & discovered it was only a dream! But it was a good one!
Enough stirring, the idea was good but flakmonkey probably ran into a proverbial brick wall!

Id honestly be surpised if he pulled it off. Expanding the interior, or at least, getting rid of the hatch between the CR and RR have been a pipe dream of many, and nobody's pulled it off yet. I recall one fellow here was trying to remodel the interior (Letum?) at some point, but im guessing that project fizzled out by now.

All the Boats all for ourselves YES

I also think that this CANT be easy, Sh3s interior rooms are really detailed (valves, cables, gauges, all kinds of stuff) and a few things arent possible without access to the source code (like adding damage effects to the rooms or making the Diesel Engines move, also it would be great to enter that room and hear the loud roaring of the Diesels and see da few oily crewmen working there). But this would be FUN, maybe someone can place crew off duty in the fore and aft compartements sleeping or sitting at tables having that terrible dinner aboard u-boats.....

I dont know much about this , but I hope that its realised. With that and GWX I think we can forget about SH4. :rotfl:

Is not necessary make new damage zones , or very detailed stuff or moving engines,

is enough a sense that you are in a true submarine and roam free in the other compartments. it ads a lot in the game inmersion., but i´m agree that is a very difficult task.

Ubi makes a submarine with a little internal pressure hull compared with the size of the external hull, the other space is empty.
