Yes, anyway, this guy will never live this down. But who cares? He is a great player on the field. Football fans will love him. The National Inquirer will love him. His therapist will live him. It's good all around.

I don't believe so in this case. No one was harmed or worse. He did not receive money or items of value from the ruse. He did physically play the game and did well. This has gotten the attention of the pro football head hunters. He has not broken any laws I'm aware of. The lies and deception will carry it's own penalty.

If he does make it in the NFL this will probably be used as taunt material for every away game he plays. Of course, given what his salary would be, he likely won't care.
