EDIT: thought I had compatibility mode enabled but I didn't. Elementary oversight. Seems to be doing the trick for now.

Could someone please help me with this?

Since installing the DVD I've been getting a CTD problem, delivering this message - 'Silent Hunter III has stopped working' and clicking on 'details' give this info -

Hey all. Returning after a 3 year silent run.

Previously, I've always played GWX. This time I'm keen for a change and I'm considering LSH3 2015 and WAC 2017.

I really don't know much about either, and after searching I didn't find much.

Would some of you good people tell me what you like/dislike about those MODs (without it turning into a flame war! LOL), or maybe why you chose one over the other??

Maybe my system, in my signature, will have an impact on what I choose? Also, it's a Steam install.

EDIT: at the moment I'm leaning towards LSH3, for no good reason
