I think we've run into an unofficial pause. Joe hasn't been on Subsim since January, I hope that everything is alright with him.

In the meantime I declare victory. Even if Raptor nukes me back to the stone age (which he will...well...actually, with his dice rolls, he'll probably nuke Moscow) I will still win through cultural victory.

Aha, but how can you win a cultural victory when my secret plan to sacrifice all my ships to the ocean floor, thus awakening Great Cthulhu, destroying human civilization and killing all of your people is so nearing completion?!
