I'm not a tall guy I'm 175 cm tall (5.74 feet)
and I used to weigh 75 kg or 165 lb though I don't look that big at all. Some weeks ago I cut down my jogging routine due to injured knee while not changing my eating habits and when I checked on the scale my weight rose to 78 kg! or 172 lb. Worried about being obese and gaining even more weight I decided to go on diet. And after about 3 weeks with 2 weeks serious diet by just having a single starfruit as my lunch meal and no breakfast(had only fruit salad for lunch on the first week). . . .and returning to a minimum 3 times a week jogging routine for 3 weeks . . .I have managed to shave some weight. This morning when I checked on the scale I weigh just 72.5 kg or almost 160 lb. ![]() I'm planning to go to 72 kg as now I already look pretty slim. Any less I would look too skinny. I realize it will take permanent change of eating habit to keep me in this range. ![]() And so what's your situation with your weight and body mass index?
