the best idea would be if :
when you sail back from your mission, you get to the harbour and go to the local tavern, for example "Gaststätte die Wölfe" and get to meet all the other players which aren´t on patrol , let´s say this tavern is the online forum of the game, so you have to be online. You can access the forum talk virtualy to the others, get messages from bdu and listen to music or hear newsreels from the war from a gramophone. After you checked everything you get back to your u-boat and start the new mission, or get a vacation ( log off) when you come back the game starts where you left. this idea would rock. 1.You get a living scenario. 2. it gets even more dynamic 3. it makes fun. 4. you dont have to exit the game if you need news from subsim or the silent hunter 5 forum. And last but not least the immersion gets very high!! |
