And in the early '90s, I wrote & submitted a script to Paramount for an episode of ST:TNG, but that went nowhere. Back in those days, they agreed to read submissions from anyone, even without agents or WGA membership. As far as I know, that unusual policy did not lead to any actual episodes getting produced.
It'S okay, I wrote a 600-pages novel set between ST-V and ST-VI. It found some circulation in the german-language European fandom.

Would you believe I once took a class in Klingon?

Oh...and do the numbers 72015 mean anything to anyone?

I've been a trekkie since watching TNG at age twelve My favourite series is DS9, although TNG comes close behind. I'm with Skybird on the movies, The Undiscovered Country is a fantastic film A bit apprehensive about the new film, but willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

74205 is my favourite number

I was a fan of the original series when i was a kid. The cast began to do small appearances at places like high schools. That was before the conventions took off. I met Jimmy Doohan when I was ten years at Hogan High in Vallejo CA. My wonderful parents sold all my Star Trek memorabilia when I entered the service, I guess they figured it was time to grow up ITO. Wish I still had that stuff. I saw a couple of episodes of the latest series and the Vulcan chick is pretty hot, I am becoming a fan again.... for different reasons.

I was a fan of the first series as well. I went to the Smithsonian when they had the Enterprise bridge on display along with other items and clothing. It was laughable because it was all made of plywood and painted gray. William Shatners chair was plywood and plastic. They had the tribbles on display from the the trouble with tribbles episode. Of course all the starships were on display. I was also a fan of the Next Generation and I found all the major motion pictures enjoyable. I did not watch any after the Next Generation was over.

Hardly suprising if they are as 'pug' ugly as this:

As a child, I loved the original series. As an adult who still thinks he's a child, I liked TNG and lusting after Jeri Ryan in Voyager. I had no interest in DS9 or Enterprise.

Fair play, Hanomag, that must've cost a great many monies to get that outfit

I only have a TNG era uniform top in red :p

I always lived by the impression that Shatner does not suffer from a too small ego - despite his mediocre acting skills which set him apart from his more talented colleagues like Nimoy or Stewart.
