Yes, it's Fleet Week (Oct. 9-14). The Angels practiced Thurs. & Fri., performed Sat. & Sun. I didn't visit the ships, though I saw the Liberty ship years ago when it was docked at Fort Mason (now she's kept at Fisherman's Wharf, near the Balao class USS Pampanito). The other ships visiting this year: USS Bonhomme Richard, USS Pinckney, and USCG Cutter Bertholf.
