Thanks, Paul; i'll send you a PM tomorrow ^_^ i'm re-skinning some details (the hull is too white, for example, and some windows are too large!) and modelling last details (bridges behind last funnels).

Is there any chance that you can do some warships next? I think you were considering some American carriers (or do I have you mixed up with someone else?) Anyway, I hope you will - it would be nice to have the "Yorktown" & "Lexington", among others...

My next planned works are a small small warship (italian "Barchino" bomb boat), a big big liner (Queen Elizabeth, very similar to Queen Mary) and a big warship :hmm:
Battlaship o Carrier? US or GB ?
Carrier are very difficult to model, but i'm thinking to do one of them

Ah, are you interested in create a couple of skin for this NORMANDIE (CGT colors, plus grey for USS LAFAYETTE) ?

I would prefer to see a warship like "HMS Glorious", "USS Yorktown", or "USS Lexington". I have line drawings for several aircraft carriers if you want to look at them.

Unfortunately I will not be able to skin the "Normandie" for at least a month b/c I wouldn't be able to give it the time it deserved. Hopefully by the end of May/early June.

The USS Yorktown has already been ported over by Nautilus42.

Regarding big warship....WARSPITE. It desperately needs to be built. I know IABL has an early model ready, maybe you could collaborate with him on that one?

Regarding war paint schmemes for the Normandie...I honestly wouldn't make one. Because she never sailed in war colors iirc, since she was holed up in New York for nearly the entire war until she was destroyed in 1942. (Besides...she just looks stunning in red white and black)

The Normandie's war paint scheme would most likely have been a simple grey similar to the Queen Mary if this picture is any indication. Note the grey paint

Hmmm...I freely admit I am not that big an expert on this topic, but she looks kinda....too rusty for the premier french ship of the times. Contrast this with your queen mary skin, which looks very, very polished.

Though I admit that may just be that way because I have never seen the QM up close.

Well, she's pretty clean and polished now a days, I see her from time to time, but she may not have been so rust free back in the day. Either way, I am glad to see this mod.
