Since 3.05 has gone to Bill, perhaps you can hold off and we can add a few more models that are ready from the community and release it as a model add-on.

I know for sure there are other modellers around who would want to contribute.

Cheers,
David

No it was a short reply as I had the wife nagging

I don't mind waiting, would allow me time to find someone to do a proper paint job on it.

Well, it's not good to have TOO many version out in such a short period of time (for the fleets and tournies, etc.), so if there are no big bugs found in v3.05 I want to give it some time to ride while I work out the details of the Mk60 and TIW-message on missile launch, so that's also time for new models to be completed and added.

Also, it's finally time to add new platforms to DW, so I'm really looking for 212/4 and ships etc. AND esp. the Akula model.

Also, I'm going to change all 688 in the database to Flt II (since our model is flight II and it makes sense with the current LA class roll) and make spinoff object of the Ohio SSGN for mission designers to use. I have to keep all the original Ohio SSBN's in the database to avoid backwards compatibility issues, but the 688's can be changed over as a class, since there is really no reason not to (other than the odd mission where it might be unexpected to have an included 688 use TLAM/TASM's...).

Cheers,
David

That extra model is for a FLT I 688, are you going to make that a seperate class?

I'm confused

I have a Type 212, just the paint job is rubbish. Also the 214 is almost done, just need to tweak that too.

I made an NK Yugo or whatever their infiltration sub is.

The model included in the database you sent me appears to my newbie eyes to have VLS doors on the bow.

Cheers,
David
