Darn tootin. Americans should always demand their rights and never tolerate some government jerkoff telling them they must surrender their freedom for anything, especially when given conflicting and weak reasons and unsustainable orders and advice. Masks don't work/masks are mandatory, two weeks to flatten the curve/this is the new normal. Since when is it common courtesy to encourage neighbors to inform on each others movements? To applaud riots while banning religious services?

We do not live at our governments pleasure Neal and I don't care what CNN has to say about it either.

I have learned that with freedom comes responsibility.

The Danish government have given me some freedom in this corona crisis, but I also have to take responsibility towards other people.

August! CNN is not telling me anything ... My common sense is

I try to reuse my old throw away mask and they feel yucky ... So I just throw them away, but you can't do that with your face.

Wash, wash, hands, face, mask, your mouth, your mind and for heavens sake don't talk to anyone without a mask on.

One lady was interviewed on TV news and cried, "I didn't know you could get the virus from just talking to someone" She later died

I truly hope you don't get sick complaining about your freedoms

Its not nice.

http://translate.google.com/translat...%23pageIndex_2

Thats why I do not accept it when anyone claims his right for freedom when he uses it to pose an infection danger to others. There is no right to expose others to what that article describes. Like there is no right to rape, to poison, to slaughter, to wound.

Personal freedom necessarily ends where one poses a risk to health, life and freedom of others. Where one does not care for that, the others have a right to self-defense.

New study shows that even in sunny Africa Vitamine-D deficiency is quite common, comparable to Europe. That is because where the sun shines heavy, people tend to avoid it. Or they must work all day in enclosed halls and rooms.

https://www.thelancet.com/journals/l...457-7/fulltext

Myself, I had just suffered my first attack by polymorphic light dermatosis this year, or in brief: sun allergy. I am vulnerable to it since last year, when I first was struck by it. I cannot expose my unprotected skin to sunlight anymore, must wear hats, sunblocker, UV-protecting long sleaves shirt loosely over my T-shirt, and thicker trousers than until last year. It sucks, but I cannot help it, sunlight causes me very severe skin rash and absolutely awful itching for 3-5 days of terrible itching and 12-14 days of skin dots. So, even in sunny summer I am certain I am highly vitamine-D deficient. In hotter countries, the natives oftehnj poratcice sun-.evading loiving styles and habits. So, a sunny country does not automatically means less Vitmaine-D deficiency of the population. People in Mexico and India are known to be very deficient, for example.

Researchers at the Henry Ford Health System in Southeast Michigan have found that early administration of the drug hydroxychloroquine makes hospitalized patients substantially less likely to die.
The study, published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases, determined that hydroxychloroquine provided a "66% hazard ratio reduction," and hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin a 71 percent reduction, compared to neither treatment.
In-hospital mortality was 18.1 percent with both drugs, 13.5 percent with just hydroxychloroquine, 22.4 percent with azithromycin alone, and 26.4 percent with neither drug. "Prospective trials are needed" for further review, the researchers note.
"Our results do differ from some other studies," Dr. Marcus Zervos, who heads the hospital's infectious diseases unit, said at a news conference. "What we think was important in ours ... is that patients were treated early. For hydroxychloroquine to have a benefit, it needs to begin before the patients begin to suffer some of the severe immune reactions that patients can have with COVID."

Another problem is that this wasn't a randomized, blind trial. Randomized trials have shown no effects of Hydroxychloroquine as treatment for covid-19.

That ^ is a very stupid saying.
This multi-organic desease strikes the whole system. The suffering of 15-20% of infected patients, is immense. This virus commands respect. Not stupid denial or ridicule.

England's chief medical officer, Prof Chris Whitty, has urged people to take a "really disciplined approach" to social distancing as he warned of the risk of coronavirus spreading in pubs.

Although you can get a pint in a pub in England from today, each UK nation’s lockdown differs.

In Northern Ireland, pubs and restaurants reopened on Friday.

In Scotland, beer gardens and outdoor restaurants will be allowed to reopen from 6 July, and indoor areas can be used from 15 July.

The Welsh government has promised talks with the hospitality sector about a "potential phased" reopening, but no dates have yet been given.

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has sanctioned a law making the use of masks in public obligatory during the coronavirus crisis. However, he vetoed their use in shops, churches and schools.

Australia's Victoria state reported 108 new infections in the past 24 hours. This is the second-highest daily total recorded in the state since the outbreak began.

A court has launched an inquiry into the French government's handling of the coronavirus response.

The Law Court of the Republic - which deals with claims of ministerial misconduct - is focusing on three senior figures, including former PM Édouard Philippe, following complaints from unions and doctors.
