I am finally going to buy the game however having been a beta tester for other games I will attest to the fact that once a game gets a rep for being buggy or incomplete it has a hard time shaking that rep. UBISOFT has a rep for quality games and the premier SUBSIM. Don't tarnish that rep - if nothing else acknowledge the issue(s) and put forth an achievable timeline with the fixes. This of course is IMHO.

Hi:

I've tested this (incomplete) game.
It's a promising game... when completed.
I'm the proud owner of three previous Silent Hunter titles.
I won't buy the forth until is playable.
After UBI fix the bugs I'll be more than happy to spend my hard earned cash.

I stopped playing SH4 temporarily because I got too frustrated with it... I have been assuming there is going to be a time when another patch will let me start playing again.

The had better be another patch!

Like the hundreds of posters before me, I agree that there needs to be another patch, if not more, and so I will join this petition. If that's what it is. Oh well, doesn't really matter.

What matters is the quality of this potential masterpiece, SHIV. Ubisoft Romania should be proud of what they have accomplished, and so, it only seems logical that they would want to make SHIV into that masterpiece and not leave it half-fixed as a good, and yet flawed, game.

I am not trying to blame the devs in any way or cast any negative light. I just wish to encourage the devs to make SHIV into what they imagined it as and designed it to be: the best, goshdarn submarine simulation EVER! This game deserves another patch!

So here's to you devs! You've made something great! All we ask is that you make it even better!
