I don't think so. It merely "doubles your last point(s) ; not your total accumulated score ie: in your case imho 2 points

pending clarification from Eich of course. But I tied Catfish for a co-victory a game ago by getting just 1 point in the end-game blitz; so good going

From the Rool Book (see page 1)
