Latest news indicates that the DPRK has moved at least one of its Musudan missiles into launch position on its TEL.

http://security.blogs.cnn.com/2013/0...ring-position/

They've also been moving the missiles around a bit to try and confuse intel observers. Naturally no-one is being fooled.

A Musudan 'missile' (likely a mock-up) on board its TEL.

Hopefully we'll be able to gain some intel about the capabilities of this missile when they test launch it.

They'll be shot down should they launch and then the crap may hit the fan and the good guys will have the excuse to finally put the rice farmers into their rightful place.

I'd say that it depends which way they launch it, if they use their normal testing bearing then the ROK/Japan/US will probably just let it splash into the sea. If they try something new then they might shoot it down.
Bear in mind that shooting the missile down is exactly what the DPRK wants them to do, so it can claim that the US fired first by conducting an offensive act upon a peaceful missile test. So, it's not highly likely that the US/Japan/ROK will shoot down the missile since they don't want to play into the DPRKs hands...which of course will force the DPRK to look for another way to try to provoke the US/ROK.

Funny you mention it have just seen a reportage about just that, and the journalist said, that the best thing NK could do was to send out toward the sea. Sending it toward one USA bases, Japan or SK would trigger the US defense and with all these threats that NK have come with against USA, USA could response 10 fold.

And this danish reporter is right. If one of their missile is heading their way, they can't say if it's test or if it's real. Not if they shall have the time they need.
