A visually beautiful movie, "every scene a painting".....but by golly you need patience to watch it.

When I first saw it at the pictures I was dying for a p___ but didn't want to miss any of the movie.

The Cover Artwork by Bruce Pennington? of the early Dune books is just gorgeous. But apparently "The Dune Encylopedia" is considered "heresy" by the later "purists" that have just discovered "Dune". Long live the Heresy.

Eisenwurst, you're welcome. I re visted the movie Dune this year. Somehow I completely missed that David Lynch Directed & wrote the screenplay for Dune(1984). Just found the redux last week and liked that a lot also.
