I sort of noticed that there is no known images of Sky and mentioned it over in the corona virus thread.

This is the picture he posted and said it was real and only one year old.

Does he look like he would eat a guinea pig? I don't think so

I been getting those for a while at my Safeway supermarket pharmacy or from the Walgreen pharmacist. My wife insists...and I've lost three people to the flu over the past few years. When do U get the Corona vaccine?

Spent the last week in Halifax at my son's place. Installed this Ikea kitchen, laid the vinyl plank floor and put on door and window trim. He watched.

Sink and dishwasher being installed today. They are happy and I am so glad to be back home. Going back over next weekend for grandson's 2nd birthday party.

It would appear boredom is winning the personal battle I'm experiencing with the seemingly endless amount of time I currently find myself trying to come to grips with during permanent retirement so yesterday I walked down the towns high street and found myself 'window gazing' whilst waiting for the wife who was in the hairdressers.

As I passed the local British Heart Foundation charity shop, a large former supermarket that sells all manner of items such as furniture and electrical goods, I noticed a pavement board at the entrance advertising positions for volunteers so I popped in and the lady manager was very polite and helpful. She gave me a booklet with different positions they are looking to fill so I might soon find myself being one of their van drivers or warehousemen.

Anything to put some time in.

^ You might also want to consider tutoring High School Or college kids in the law enforcement field or anything else you might have picked up in college as part of the curriculum and it's various requisites. I'm sure you have expertise in a few areas. I would think it would be gratifying to see your teachings take root.

Although not even close to retirement, I have worked with a few students in their studies and it's been great following their various careers as they bloom and take shape.

Just a thought.

By the way Marcel, great job in the kitchen renovation. You're hired if your interested in our renovation.

I just started applying for a 'proper' job, since it seems I'll never paint for a living again

First application put in last week and I already got an email back asking me in for a chat... I'm surprised and chuffed, since it was my first application and even getting an interview is something from what I've been hearing about the world of work these days

The post is "Educational Support Worker" with special needs kids and young adults, so I made sure they knew all about my own boy. Fingers crossed...
