...the most intriguing part is that Minnapolis, Minnesota also uses the method! I grew up along Minnehaha creek which flows to the Mississippi river but drains from Lake Minnetonka and was considered polluted- mostly from agricultural runoff mingled with bovine scatalologic detritus and bad rural septic systems; we avoided swimming in it altogether...thank god for Hamm's!

I think this was built as a 2 8 0. But maybe not a consolidated at this time
