Can you pick up.... "professional ladies" in that sim? If not I'd say that it is not realistic.

Sometimes in the US they give dope head type women a ride for ...favors and then you'll see them hanging around the gas station
all zipperheaded on meth. Not all truckers do this of course but some do.

Aaah, that's where you were, I kept seeing the gun from the guy on your left poking over my shoulder. Had a Prussian on the rampart across from me who kept taking potshots, fortunately every time he went to fire a cannon ball kicked up enough dust to hide me as I reloaded.

I'm a big fan of these Simulator games.

So when I saw picture from Euro Truck Simulator 2 I want to try it. I downloaded the demo and try to run it

every time I tried to run the game, I get "the game have stopped working". After have tried about 25 times, even Run as admin i erased the game
