By night, I'm not sure if all clouds can be seen as easily as in these pictures (a light halo making them visible around the moon would look better, if it's possible to create it), but one thing is sure : your work is

I don't think it's possible to add light only around the moon behind the clouds with the SH4 engine :hmm:

Now the sea realy is calm, when there is no wind.

As promised, here is a merged Sh.sdl file for use ONLY with ROW Sound Effects and RSRDC Phase III. JSGME-ready. Just overwrite when it prompts. The sounds from RSRDC have been tuned to match the ROW sounds.

Looks very promising!

I have one small gripe with ROW as it is...I find the night too dark, and raising either gamma correction or monitor brightness throws off the black balance (and I have a CRT monitor, which don't suffer from TFT sicknesses such as washed-out colors and the like

). Oh, and one more thing, which I'll comment on in the main ROW thread.

kriller could probably do something with the above as he did a mod with regards to this not long ago for ROW. Did you ever use that mod?

I remember reading that thread, but I didn't try it out. Didn't bother me as much then...maybe cause I wasn't using manual targeting? Or the night settings have become darker over time? :hmm:

I did use that mod at the time and it did make a difference, let's see what kriller can do with the new work.

Uhm...would you happen to have a link to that mod available? My brain is in a state of disintegration after staying up until 4:00 trying to get NSM and ROW compatible...I did all my work on "auto-pilot" today...again! Kids, don't try genetic engineering without sleep!
