I tink the only way it's going to be solved is the removal of Kim Jong Il, but that won't be easy.

I think you answer your own question in the rest of your post. Negotiations have to include all six nations, especially the S. Koreans and the Chinese, or they are a waste of time since any agreement would first need their blessing as well.

I have to wonder why N. Korea is so opposed to that...
