Usually use IE6, trying opera for a while. Can't get too excited over it all to be honest, at the end of the day it's a browser not a religion

Nice thing about opera is that it is also cross platform. So I can use it on both Windows and OS X. Yes the widgets are very nice. I work with my browser everyday, which is why I have come to use opera. It is reliable and powerful, a tool that you cannot ignore once you have started using it. Like getting quality powertools. Going back to IE now would feel like using saw and hand drill again. Going FF would feel like getting over-featured powertoys of poor quality. My Foxes always crashed way too often for my liking. And with extensions it becomes clunky. I did use FF for a while, but I never came to enjoy it. However it pleases me that so many actually can see farther than IE, be it FF or Opera.

So last week I finally installed Opera and I like it. Surfing feels faster and the look and feel is way better. Some tiny things are better in FF but generally I like Opera better. And the quality of the widgets definately beats all the extensions from FF

And what about mac users, I thought they used Safari. But no one voted for that, so no mac user in this thread ?

The latest IE7 is really good as well, I really liked it, even more than FF.

But like Porhy wrote "or is it that It is nice with a change? "
Based on your comments im downloading Opera. Have been using FF for three years now but i want to try this out also.

I also just downloaded Opera. I have to say, this browser is the best yet so far. Way faster then IE7 and FireFox. Real smooth browser. Right on.

Yes, those 'shift' themes are really cool aren't they?:p I have them all except for the pink one, and I'm using the yellow/gold one right now.

As for browsers, I use Firefox on a regular basis, although I use IE6 when I need to access a site with ActiveX (such as Windows Update). I used to use Netscape (many, many years ago) and the regular Mozilla browser (although I replaced it with firefox about a year ago).

I was using the Noia 2.0 theme until a few days ago. Right now I'm using macfox. I'm still debating whether I'll keep it or not.

Drebbel has convicened me to try Opera. I had to reformat my desktop anyway, so I am installing opera on it right now. I'm still running FF on my laptop for the time being.

Firefox as main browser, with IE as back up. The reason that no one has voted for Safari is due to the fact you can't run most games on a mac (unless you have a duel OS install in one of the new intel machines)

I wsa responable in getting my previous workplace to switch to Firefox. We had a lot less computer problems after that (One staff member was well known for his virus ridden downloads after browsing the net)

Can we also get the similie blowing up the firefox icon changed??? Maybe to one blowing up IE (equal opportunity), Microsoft or Starforce??
