Then there is something is wrong with the utorrent configuration or you haven´t opened a port for utorrent in your firewall. Or both. I see you in the downloader list (85.210.130.19x) and I gave you all my upload bandwidth (42 kB/s), yet only 6-12kB/s come through. You should read the FAQ.

it seems to be varying between 20-32 now upload. im not very technical with these things.
