My bad, I'd just like you to give an honest, coherent opinion w/o quoting from some unknown website which gives you all the talking points w/o giving any new ideas as to how to address the situation differently. You accuse me of being too simplistic, but if you know where I'm coming from, why can't you sum it all up in simple sentances w/o the extravegance, which I assume, is meant to support your position.

Next time someone shoots at me (or tries to stab me for that matter), I need to remember that if I should die from that, or even just get hurt, the attack nevertheless is a matter of fate, and not a matter of intent.

You are misinterpreting what I said completely. I said that they survived was a matter of fate, since obviously the intent of the killer was to kill all 6 of them and maybe more as well. Fortunately 5 survived, but the 6th wasn't so lucky.
