Summed up...
Did a search for SHiii and 'silent' found a 18.2mb folder that UBI soft left behind, and a few other 'residues'...

<Edit - Gizzmoe>

Subsim... I would insist that an uninstall sticky be put up there...
OR
Put Keybdflier on the board of directors, make him the CEO, President, Lead website designer, and lead moderator. Ofcourse some shares of the company wouldn't hurt, better yet give him some bonds (which survive 'belly up')
Only credit I give subsim is the fact that they connected the problemee with the problemsolver.

Tempers permitted... to be continued...

There´s a SH3 Community Manual, you can find a lot of useful informations there, including the reinstall procedure:

By the way, please watch your language...

The patch worked.
The GW mod installed.
The game works... looks neat.

Ok Gizzmoe, using clean lingo i can undestand.

However, my oppinion stands about UBI is junk because the most primary function of any program is can it be uninstalled. Memory before and after an install and uninstall should be exactly the same.

Also, this website, is not user friendly, its a tidalwave, if ya ask me.

Ahhhhhhhh!!! My dreams of grandeur and fame are to be realised at last!! It's only taken fifty-odd years. CEO eh? Would that mean I'd be paid too? LOL Seriously though, I've had my share of temper-tantrums with SH3 so I could imagine how Schpeedy felt. If any of you could have seen me on the evening that the D2D version refused to install (telling me that I'd exceeded the number of re-installs I was "allowed"), you would have been hitting the Crash Dive button. Thank god I have a patient wife!
I hope all goes well for you now Schpeedy - enjoy your career.

The SHIII Detection Tool's "About..." box says "Detection V.1.5" It is referring to the version of the detection tool.
