The yellow numbers are the framrate counter that is built into Fraps.So that is showing you the framerate your game is running at.It can be turned off so you dont have to worry about it.

I personally cant stand Fraps as it really drags a games framerate down when you are recording a movie.

I cant remember the name of the the one I used to use but I will try and find the website.It was far more advanced and gave far more options that Fraps does.

I tried a sample and the yellow numbers do not show up in the sample movie I took but the words fraps.com is in the top centre and the SH3 music is really loud. So I assume you guys turn off the SH3 music? and I assume the only way I can get rid of the words at the top centre is to register it?

Trying to host it on FileFont so you can give me your suggestions. It is pending at the moment.

Yes..to remove the Fraps.com logo you have to register the product.I always have the SH3 music off when playing.Don't even use the gramaphone files.

If you want music its best to add it to the movie using a movie editor like the one that comes with Windows.That way you can control and adjust the volume of the movie and the music so one is not overpowering the other.

I forgot to disable the music in SH3.
U51 on patrol sounds kinds corny, any suggestions?
I would add the date September 1943 under that intro U51 --- what ever.
I will have to register it to get rid of the logo at the top.
But other than that, it's a good intro to whatever follows?

Tip: Press numpad "del" before recording, that removes the gauges and other distracting stuff at the bottom of the screen.

I think the last 4 missions as soon as I got out into the Atlantic was stormy weather, but it's a thought.

when you add musical scores to your movie to finish it, what do you use, waves, mp3 or midi?

You fellows might be able to help me here.I use FRAPS to record in few games COD , BF, RO and newer had this problem.I run SH3 and GW mod my FPS is aroun 100 but when I start to record it drops down to 20. It doesn't happen in any other game. Any ideas????:hmm:

Are you using the resolution fix? I almost killed my computer if I tried recording with higher resolution (even vanilla game). Without it I can record okay, even with Grey Wolves, although my fps also run around 20 when recording. But they are not as high as 100 without.
