Linton before you get anoraky about maps ask yourself - will they conform to what is actualy represented in the game.

One of the most important considerations for submarriners is the topography. Distribution of underwater
features such as seamounts, ridges, depressions etc. Regretably, but understandably, given the scale of such
an undertaking, and its impact on the performance of the 'normal ' home PC, these features are either
not present or simplified.

A little 'Search ' - amongst others see:

Note MaHuJa and Amizaurs posts particularly about constructing ones own topographical charts relevant to
what is in the game !

I know the Admiral, who the lads nickname Sarastro, prefers the 'Twilight of the Gods.' It is that sort of music,
he says, that inspires and stiffens resolve ! Mind you the 'ole f*rt aint into Opera or he'd run with
'Don Giovanni, a cenar teco' - the darker sides Commendatore would be right up his creek !
Not warlike enough huh? Try pissing off a soprano some time. See how far that gets you. It's good to be a diva. Actually... if you really want to get into it, I'm a die hard balletomane. I take class 3 times a week. I've got the pink shoes to prove it too. :-)

Hat use is one of those things we dont talk about - its for the late, late show. But it can happen !
What? Are you afraid the children might find out about the hat?

'' In a gentlemanly manner''

What is appropriate here in the 'Mess' is not on the bridge ! Most with RL and simulator experience can distinguish.

But BOT the thrust of 'interest' here was in maps - it would be interesting to hear proposals or experience/s.
No sarcasm intended

I think Kapitan's use of the maps is a good idea.It also gives a better feel for the seaspace you are using.
