I tried 2 different downloads.
What happens every time is when I go to load a saved career, and then select a save, it tells me "changing base to Kiel". Then I have to click OK about 5 times before it finally loads the save. Then it just randomly places me somewhere in the middle of the ocean when I should be at a port. I do use Jscones mod installer as well. |

You can't resume a career based on Vanilla SH3 from my experience. |

Oh, so you can't start a career, then install HT, then resume the career? If that's the case, then that's my problem. I figured it would work as long as I start from a save thats at a base rather than in the middle of a patrol.

Trenken,
Also please be sure that your decompressed HT files are in real Sh3/JSGME file names structure. Sometimes some guys related a double main name after decompress, for example: The correct: HT_147\data... The wrong: HT_147\HT_1.47\data... Rubini. |

That could also be a problem Rubini. I know when I unzipped it there was 2 more zips in there, so I put them in a folder called Harbour_Traffic. I'll check that out too. Thanks!

Unzip the second zip called HT, then install. Rubini apparently zipped Airpower mod and HT seperately then zipped both those into another zip.
That's how it showed for me anyhow. zz |

Actually I did have it right. Figures. Oh well. If it only modifies the ports, then I guess I can live without it.

trenken,
So, as a suggestion make another clean SH3 installation plus pacth 1.4. Then install HT 1.47 stand alone and post here what happens. (You can have multiples SH3 copies on your HD. I have one called "SH3 stock +patch" and 3 others: RUB, GW, My game. I'm speaking about this because this is the easy way to go when you start to play with mods...) Rubini. |

So I'm out of ideas...To go further I need to "see" your installation. It's obvious that something wrong are happening with your installation or your downloaded files are corrupted. Contact me by email if you still want to try something more. :hmm:
Cheers, Rubini. |
