The man that Cheney shot has now had a "mild heart attack" because of some birdshot that lodged in his heart.

Anybody think Cheney actually killed him and they're just going to make his condition worse and worse until he dies?

The lawyer for not announcing his presence if he was truely in the "arc" of fire, and the VP's for going after the bird that went outside his "arc" of fire. While hunting pheasant, my family always had a rule that if the bird flew into the 45 degree arc in front of you it was your shot. However, if it went outside the arc, you missed your chance. This was with a line of 5 people.

All it amounts to is a HUGE part of carelessness on the VP's part.
