In 1966 a B-52 collided with it's tanker, a KC-135 I believe. (To be exact, turbulence put the fuel boom through the B-52 copilot's window) The tanker exploded in midair. The B-52 was crippled and had to jettison it's payload of hydrogen bombs... It then crash landed. Half the bombs hit on land, half went in the ocean.

It was a big stink.

Anybody have a website with a good collection of mishaps like this? I am always interested in vidoes like this and was wondering if anybody had a good collection stashed away somewhere. :hmm:
