Why have they left out Germany - its the fourth biggest arms exporter wordwide until 2018.
![]() The irony is that the Germans were oh so loud over banning exports to Saudi Arabia due to the Kashoggi-murdering, and for Turkey a partial ban was mulled and claimed as well - but both countries received a record total of arms from Germany this year.
