Unbelievable. I wonder just what kind of review of the facts is being done?

Steve, Exact location of mouse settings varies a bit but is generally quite the same in all Windows from XP up (EDIT: wait a minute... wasn't it in same place in Windows 95?). I'm visiting family now so I don't have access to my Win 7 and Win 8.1 PCs. Below is where you can find it in Windows Vista. Its almost the same in later versions.
Start > Control Panel > Mouse > Cursors (the second tab from left), then choose from drop down menu which one you want. Remember to click Apply. I will be back home by new year and will check those font size options for you then.

I searched the whole apartment and could not find the bolts to put the rest of the computer desk together. I ended up going to a local hardware store and buying some more. I had to take one out of the existing desk so I could match the threads. The ones I got have a different head on them, but that shouldn't be a problem.

This is the corner with the old computer as it is now.

WOTTA NIGHTMARE!!!

The replacement bolts I got don't quite fit properly. They're tight enough for now, but it turns out the ones that attach the corner piece to the two tables uses smaller ones. I'll probably end up sending to the manufacturer for a replacement set. Meanwhile I have the two tables set up. The rest will have to wait.

Then I found out that for all the dozens of cables I have, not one of them is a transfer cable - USB to USB. A trip to Best Buy before they closed, and I already knew I wanted another USB hub, so I got one of those too. The problem was that they were hidden in the back, and I couldn't find a free geek to help me. I finally made it back home, but it's too dark and I'm too tired to fiddle with stuff, so I'm using the old PC for one more day at least.

Anyway, here's what it looks like for the present.

Had to spend a little bit more on an HDMI cable to run the big monitor, but now it's set up. The differences are taking some getting used to, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

This is my first post on the new computer. Tomorrow I'll try to use the old one's DVD drive to load SH3. If I can't make that work I'll have to buy a cheap external drive. We'll see how it goes.

In my mind I am getting mental pictures of you in that apartment trying to come to grips with the recently acquired equipment

Nice to hear Steve. May I ask for performance specs for old and new computers?
