The only problem is that german law might not be accepted, in England.
But then this kind of eavesdropping certainly violates EU and international law. Not that anybody cares, be it NSA, GCHQ or BND) "To Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) (-address and telefax number of no concern, the recipient will receive it anyway) . . . Should he be successful with his prosecution, the lawyer already announced to take a photograph of his buns before eating, send it to jounalists, and then admonish the GCHQ making them liable to pay costs." I don't know whether i got that juristic jargon right though
