Both RFB 2.0 and the compatible RSRDC v575 have a "patch" for their mods. See my previous reply for the correct "order" of activation in JSGME and the correct mods name. "Running" the patch means you're activating it in JSGME as I've described. For most of us familiar with RSRDC (just read the RSRDC thread), there are three versions, each specifically compatible with a certain game. Silent Hunter 4 version 1.5 stock game......use RSRDC v550 (and its patch) Silent Hunter 4 version 1.5 with TMO 2.0.......use RSRDC v502 (and its patch) Silent Hunter 4 version 1.5 with RFB 2.0 (and its patch)......use RSRDC v575 (and its patch)

here is the deal, FOTRS, TMO, and RFB are all big mods that change most of the game files so they are easy to mess up by adding other mods on top of them so any mods you do use must say they are compatible with it and in the case of FOTRS it cant be used with ANY other mods. RSRDC has 3 versions so the stock version is used unless you are running RFB or TMO and the versions for those mods use the already modded files from those mods and then it adds the changes needed for RSRDC. I agree it would have made a lot more sense and less confusing to name them RSRDC_RFB, RSRDC_TMO, RSRDC_STOCK but as he updated his mod the numbers changed and he didn't want to name it that way and then have to still add mod version numbers for each |
