In regards to the recon mission, I recommend sending in the Spy Plane or the Drone.

If not them, at least some Blackwater Mercenaries....

Awesome news!

Posted right after I went to bed last night, so I missed it until now. If it's the one you want, I hope it works out.

Thanks everybody!

I will probably do a few drivebys since it's so close to work. If nothing else I'll want some idea on how bad the traffic is during morning/evening rush hours. And yeah at least one on, say, a late Friday or Saturday evening is a good idea.

One thing I did notice, it was very quiet yesterday when we were there and it was early afternoon on an absolutely beautiful day - sunny, unseasonably warm - but there were not hordes of kids/teens/people running around outside making a lot of noise. Since the area around my apartment building has lately become the unofficial playground/hangout for all the young people in the neighborhood, this was a big deal. Don't get me wrong, I like kids - I just don't want to live and (try to) sleep in the middle of a public playground, lol.

That is not always a bad thing. If you had kids now you might not be able to afford that condo. Kids are more expensive than any thing I've ever seen in all my years.

And no, I have none of my own either. Just step kids all grown and their animals. That's bad enough. I'd rather play in a pool full of leaches.

My 'kid' is my 66 GTO. Always treats me with respect. Never bothers anyone nor does it get in trouble. And I only have to feed and clean it every-so-often.

So like would you like to get married to take away that stigma of having to put down the words an unmarrried woman aka frau kaleun after your name.

We could have the same relationship as I had with my ex-wife, it was a non sexual relationship lol

I have a 31' motorhome I could park on the street or something like that.

I even qualify for VA no down payment guranteed loan ...

Let me know if your interested ... I have RV will travel

Well, that's not the least romantic offer I've ever had, but... all things considered I think maybe I'll just settle for getting a cat.

Good call on that one. Geetrue, we don't get that many women around here. Let's not get all creepy and end up with one less, okay?

I got 5 that are barely tameable. You can have 'em all, if you want.

What are the maintenance fees? How much do they go up each year? How many of the homes in the HOA are occupied vs for sale or in foreclosure, etc? Is the HOA one of those that sues you the day after fees are past due? Just some of the things you might want to know also.
