You can use Digital_Trucker's RadioStationManager to check if soemething is wrong with your radio mods. This tool was developped for SHIV, but it should work with SH5 as well
Well that's good news!I used this program extensively in Sh4 and i didn't know it was compatible with Sh5.I'm going to try this and Volodya61's mod and see if anything changes.

Please notice that I didn't actually say that it is compatible, but that it should be compatible.

Try disabling all the mods containing sounds. On of the sounds they feature could be corrupted

Glad you managed to solve your problem, Wetton.

I have come to think again about it, and I think I know how your radio mods would have caused the game to ctd.
Unlike SHIII/IV, SH5 is a bit picky about audio file format to be used as radio broadcasts. Use anything but ogg or wav format, and soon on later you will run in troubles. Probably the radio mods you had placed in the radio folder featured at least some mp3 files. If you want to keep using them, you should convert the files in wrong format.
