In Virginia the law is either 35mph or move to the other lane.

I can't tell you how many times I have been honked at because I follow the law.

Sure, any petty offense is a money grab by the state. The two most dangerous situations we deal with daily are traffic and domestic disturbances. I believe I read that these are the leading causes for officers being killed in the line of duty.

Several comments seem to illustrate how to hit and miss the point.
