I have to find out the impedance of the head phones. but no I think my iphone can't power them. the impedance of the iPhone headphones is 32ohms.
I paid 2600 roubles for mine which is just over £50. That was after I got him down from 3500 roubles, which is pretty good, I can remove the head phones but maybe I will just leave it as is.
