'Cept for the part where I wasn't payin' attention in class. I think I was memorizing the 'Beautiful Women' thread at that time.

So you were doing constructive analysis instead following our boring Iran threads?

Smart guy!

TLAM STRIKE gave me an idea.

I open the mission editor on my DW

I had everything on my mind what this mission should be like

You are in control of an american sub. You are on a mission to find two iranian Kilos, somewhere on the other side of the strait. After you have sunk those two, you have 1 more task before the mission is over. Near the coast of Iran there are 3 SSM-sites, that have to be destroyed aswell. You have to do this before USS Stennis transit the straith on it's way home.

I really don't know how to use this mission editor

The 76 is the Jamaran, The 82 is the Admiral Naghdi, and the big oiler is the Kharg.

Thank you! I had not seen pictures of Naghdi or Kharg before.

What the heck iranians put into Jamaran's diesels? That smoke lookslike coming from 19th century coal burning ship.

The Kharg was built a couple of miles up river from where I live and has quite a bit of local history about her.

Up to 1977 I was working in a shipyard on the opposite side of the river and watched her building progress.
