The report dosen't say what she claims it does.
It is a bi-partisan thing not an Obama thing (unless you consider somone appointed under Ford, promoted by Reagan and working directly under G.H.Bush as an Obama puppet).
The letter she produced actually contradicts the claims she made.
The leading democrat on the commitee answered her claims straight away in a manner which should have put her nonsense right back in the bin where it belongs.
Admiral Clark had already dealt with all that nonsense about the report months ago.

That sums up your position very well, sorry to break it to ya but it is indeed a duck and you are calling it a 'gator

Soldiers reported that the gunman shouted "Allahu Akbar!" -- an Arabic phrase for "God is great!" -- before opening fire Thursday, said Lt. Gen. Robert Cone, the base commander. He said officials had not confirmed Hasan made the comment.
Quoted directly from the bastion of conservative Christian values:

From three weeks ago, via AP, not Fox news:

Quote:
U.S. officials have said they believe Hasan's attack was inspired by the radical U.S.-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and that the two men exchanged as many as 20 emails. Al-Awlaki was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Yemen in late September. Army prosecutors have never mentioned the cleric's name in any hearings in the criminal case against Hasan.

In one episode, Hasan reportedly gave a class presentation questioning whether the U.S.-led war on terror was actually a war on Islam. And fellow students said he suggested that Shariah, or Islamic law, trumped the Constitution, and that he also attempted to justify suicide bombings.
Firebrand righty Joe Liberman:

Quote:
Independent Sen. Joe Lieberman added that the discipline meted out by McHugh will "send a clear message to everyone that the Army will not tolerate such negligence and passivity in reaction to clear signs that a soldier is radicalizing to Islamist extremism."

Well done 1480, you manage to provide a pile of links which shoot down your own arguement
Interestingly you also provide one which shows how important it is to avoid the politicians and journalists hype over the events.

Politicians are pricks, its what they are, the only thing that makes GW stand out as a bigger pillock is that he foolishly launched a stupid and pointless war at a time when it was vital to concentrate on the real war against the nuts.

No, the issue was the workplace safety report due to the law suits for negligence, the review has to be complete ie. it even goes into domestic violence in quarters as they are all a workplace and they have to cover their ass from the lawyers for all eventualities.

Marvellous how a story about an AUSTRALIAN incident has turned into an argument about Americans.

But...but...but...aren't we the center of the universe? I mean, just being from Yankville automatically makes me better than any of you...foreigners. I know this to be true because Archie Bunker told me so.

Now now Mr. Steve. Archie Bunker is an American hero. The world could learn from him.

And we are the center of the universe. Since the rest of the world blames us for everything, ya know?

Its Somalis so Clinton can take the blame, it's good to share it round
In which case who gets the blame for the trouble you lot were having at the beach, Carter or Reagan? Or even Bush '41 in his earlier job.

I agree with your assessment on the pols. Journalists should be exchanged for sensationalists.

Though I did find a small hole in your last theory:
Quote:

Can I sue the U.S. (including the military and the federal government) if I am injured or my loved one is killed during regular active duty military service?
You cannot bring a lawsuits against the U.S. for injuries or deaths that occur during active duty military service. The U.S. is protected by ***8220;sovereign immunity;***8221; this means the U.S. cannot be sued for incidents that occur during active duty service unless the U.S. agrees to the lawsuit or otherwise waives its immunity.

Can I sue the U.S. if I am injured or my loved one is killed during active duty military service due to mistakes or accidents by the military?

The U.S. is protected from lawsuits for injury or death that occur during active duty military service, even if your injury is due to mistakes made by the military. The Feres Doctrine prevents lawsuits filed by active duty service members, even when the military has acted negligently. For instance, if you are injured because the military mistakenly failed to warn you of a dangerous condition involved in your active duty work, such as the presence of radioactive materials, you cannot sue the U.S.

What if the mistakes or accidents are caused by other service members?

The Feres Doctrine prevents lawsuits against negligent service members as well. For example, if you are injured because a military electrician installed faulty wiring on base that started a fire, you would not be able to sue the either U.S. or the military electrician. The same is true of active duty service members injured by the mistake of a military doctor.
It appears to be 2 civilian employees and 11 active duty members.

You would be fun to debate if you didn't use double speak so much

And to the rest of you'se guys! I am American therefore, a gun toting Christian, who thinks the world revolves around moi and don't hate the playa, hate the game!
