Thats true, legally the military can't make do anything you don't want to do. It can however make you wish you had done it.

Eh, they weed out those that won't go on the green light back in jump school. Being a Paratrooper means more than just jumping out of planes.

Personally, I woudln't bring up my service record at all given the current age in which there's alot of enlisted who've done a helluva lot more in their contract then he did. I'm proud of what I did, but when it comes to "show and tell", I just keep my mouth shut, cause i didn't have it as bad as anyone serving in Iraq or Afganistan.
