the look of disbelief is pricelss, 'yes Lindsay, even you can go to jail!'
Its good when someone who screws up all the time - FINALLY learns that their actions have concequenses (when they thought they were safe because they have a few $$.)

Some celebrities think they are above the law. The sad thing is, they are correct. If this had been any other ordinary citizen they would be sitting in jail right now, a real jail. I guess putting her in jail wouldn't sell as many tabloids or make many headlines.

I sincerely hope she gets a judge who's fed up with her crap and decides to throw away the key.

I am torn on this one. While I can see taking away the probation for failing a drug test, or because she failed to attend counseling, the reasoning of "she did not do community service" is a load of crap. I wonder why the Judge is so angsty.

So, with other words, Lohan started her community service, got into an argument or whatever with the Women's Center, got reassigned by the probation department and the Judge gets pissy because Lohan didn't stay at the Women's Center.

Yeah right..

I am not a big fan of Lohan, (I don;t like her at all, actually) but this just smells like a judge with an overblown ego and a case bordering on injustice.

Doesn't the article say she didn't turn up for her first 9 community service sessions and walked out when she finaly turned up for the 10th session. So the fact that she now has a assignment at the red cross doesn't change the fact she broke the terms of her sentence and is entirely irrelevant as she isn't in trouble for eventually turning up at the Red Cross she is in trouble for all the times she didn't turn up and for the time she walked out.
