OMG we should totally meet up here when Project Runway is on and we can start a thread about it and watch it together and share all our thoughts and feelings about it in real time! So... who would you kill first? Ivy, Gretchen, or whoever gave Heidi that awful haircut?

When a female says she wants to kill someone, normally you can brush it off. They are prone to exaggerations. But considering the folks you socialize with here it makes me worried...

The first thing I thought was the last line is true - "Yep, it's cracked alright."

@ Frau K: "Beatles lyrics?" Now that got my attention.

I just got a beautiful porcelain enamel over stainless steel stock pot for $40! My sister works at the local int'l market, they have a department that's nothing but kitchen gadgets and utensils and high-end cookware and accessories. That's where she works. I got a gift card from there for my birthday and I'd already seen the stockpots on special so I went straight in and got one, they were going like hotcakes and I didn't want to miss out. It's almost impossible to get Le Creuset at a reduced price but they do run specials occasionally, and sometimes the discontinued lines will end up on a clearance table. And we have an LC outlet store nearby that runs certain lines/colors on sale occasionally.

Little by little I'm tarting up my kitchen something fierce.

Lol, I still remember all their birthdays even. I'll probably be mumbling them on my deathbed.

I guess my mom's brain is going to be/has been cut apart this past week/next week. The Navy wants to find out why she died. Sigh.
