Preferred would be a gas-stove and a huge Wok, cast iron, uncoated. Lets you regulate temperature better than anything else. What saves you real money (more than 50% compared to the bakery shop, calculating both electricity and ingredients), is a good homebaker machine. That I use since I left the home of my parents. Panasonic's is the best you can get. I grind the flour myself, too. All in all a wholegrain bread that costs me around 4-5 Euros at the baker, selfmade costs around 2 euros or less (and tastes much better). Kitchen One, out. ![]()

![]() Seriously, though, that would be cool. Sharing recipes and hints and tips, questions and answers. Sadly I'm typically more interested in buying cool things for my kitchen, not so much in the actual, you know, cooking part. A lot of it is the time factor, but still. You know it's bad when you're using a $165 MRP grill pan to heat up frozen Tyson chicken strips. ![]() |

First you must provide me with a list of kitchen-typical vocabularies and translations for the names of spices and vegetables.

I feel so inadequate. BBQ Gabbage . 1 Gabbage, place on tin foil enough to wrap, cut core out, 1/2 stick of butter in core hole, 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar in hole, get your favorite BBQ sauce, pour over gabbage wrap it and put on grill cook it till soft. enjoy. BBQ Greens and black eyed peas , collard or turnip greens. sheet of tin foil enough to make pouch you can use canned greens or fresh strain water off canned, place on tin foil spread greens out ,add strained can of black eyed peas ,add bacon and onion ,again with your favorite BBQ sauce a nice coating wrap and put on grill. cook till bacon is done. Also works in crock pot and microwave minus tin foil of course.
