I've had weather change on me, but I'm usually sulking over the map view so I never see it happen.

Yes, a couple of times. 3 or 4 times the heavy fog appeared when I started attacking a convoy....

Well, if You have good idea and also good sub, You can also attacking in the heavy fog, with great perspectives for creation of the biggest smoke.
