Somehow I get the impression that Starbucks executives do not have a clue what they are doing.

There market share is shrinking yet they open a buisness accross the street from their other buisness.

Then .. in my neighborhood they build a brand new building. Took two months to build and it was open for one month before they just closed it up, put cardboard in the windows and there it sits
