I wouldn't want to go 40m in that thing...I remember the diving pool in the local baths when I was a kid...you dove from something like 20m (at the highest platform level) into an area 15m deep and your ears would 'pop' at about 10m

Uhh thats danger deep involving decompression cycles and limited down time.
