For a (new) GPU. If you can post an advert for the brand new 5770 for 120 dollars then i shall stand down. In my humble opinion mauser should up to 150 dollars and aim for the smaller 5750 card. Further more if it had not been for the sh5 mention on thread title, i would request this thread be moved to pc hardware forum.
I do know that you CANT directly convert the price in £ to a price in $. It does not work like that. So to get the price for the 5750 or 5770 you must check an actual dealer in the US...

Thanks everyone for their suggestions.

Some of these cards you all have posted look great, but I worry that they either will not fit my machine--size wise--or my power supple, at 300 Watts, won't carry it.

As for me grabbing one in the near future; it's going to be awhile. College is taking priority of my time, and funds; furthermore, a guitar am going to be building for a year.

I will say this, I've been out of the hunt for a while until in my convenient history course we got into The Battle of the Atlantic, and for some reason my thought processes went to German. When the U.S. Destroyer Rueben James came to light and how my instructor said she was cut in half, I immediately informed the class about performing a keel-splitter and how the principle works:

"And how do know this?" one of my classmates asked me rather mockingly.

Oh, how I wished I had my log-books from sub-commander. But then again, I really don't want my class to see the cruise-liner I did that to.

"I just do."

So, all you commanders on SH5, can you really walk through the whole boat? What are the conversations like with the crew? Do you issue orders directly to them, or is it the same interface as III and IV?

Thanks everyone.

End Transmission from U-51...

Sir Feuer Frei thank you, i read your kind post, and am sensible to this obliging part (mention) you give in said debate. chuffed to see an old name It appears some said members are advancing and making every apperance to confuse and attack my post. i must now observe the truth to the matter, post 1 member requires card for $120 dollars, Post 2 member states he has 5770 which is more expensive card, did he read post 1 correctly? or flouting a 5770 card in his face?? seeing it could not answer any purpose lol perhaps an improper task. so i shall now push on.

That's going to be a big ro******* ("road block" hehe silly filter), but power supplies are cheap. 300 is way low, especially for modern day cards. Pretty sure my phone has more than 300 watts of power available.
