Whatever you do... if you really did get a copy already do not reveal your source or they will be in trouble.

If this is true its nice to see there past the production / distribution phase which is always a challange.

Well, that's why I didn't mention, and won't mention, where I got it. I asked if they knew when they'd be getting it next week. The guy said they already had it and pulled out a copy. I was in the middle of saying I was surprised and that the release date wasn't until next week. So he was looking at his screen saying he couldn't see any restriction on it. Another guy came over, checked and said the same. I said again it wasn't due out until next week, but maybe it wouldn't activate yet. But they said they saw no reason they couldn't hand it over.

So if they made a mistake, it was an honest one.

Well, Ubi will see where it comes from ,as soon as you register the copy with the CD key (if it has one, though)

Well, I'll see ... I sure didn't want to cause any fuss and it was just my enthusiasm that made me post. Nor, (being perhaps excessively concerned) do I wish to cause any hassle.

So I may end up not using it until other people are reporting getting theirs.
