You think there's any chance of that ever happening? I mean, say, in 5 or 10 years from now, when SH7 or 8 is out the door?

I guess even then that source material, in the hands of capable modders, would be some stiff competition for anything released by a studio (considering they will always have limited time and budget). Even running on a by then (horribly) dated engine.
