Welcome to "realism". When you mean "miss" is it due to prematures? Or did you forget to order the tubes that were to be fired, open prior to firing? Submerged or surface attack? We need a bit more info before the tips and clues can be given freely. And welcome aboard!

I'm supposed to open the tubes prior to firing? That could be it. Both submerged and surface attacks. However I do miss less in surface attacks.

If, like me, you prefer to fire your torpedoes singularly, try to form a habit of pressing Q a second or two before pressing the fire button.
